There are contractors who are great on paper – getting permits, putting together pickup teams of subcontractors, leaving their office for the work site only when it's time to get a contract signed or pick up a check from the homeowner. And there are tract builders who mass-produce dozens of cookie-cutter homes, rushing through each one. I'm proud to be neither of those. Ever since I graduated from high school, I've been building houses – inside and out, from the ground up. I've learned, hands-on, how to do what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. I give detailed estimates on every job, so you know exactly what you're getting. Along with schedules in advance that work with yours, so you know when you'll be getting it. We've been working with our crews for many years, have long-standing relationships with them, and know from experience that they'll do the work they're supposed to, do it to high quality and finish it on time (and I'm right there with them every day, making sure of that).
